The Uprising in Czechoslovakia (1968)
The Soviet lead Warsaw pact invasion of Czechoslovakia was a reaction to recent political reforms, that was leading to a more democratic and the liberalization of the economy. The Soviets again reacted badly to these more peaceful reforms and with along with several other members of the Warsaw Pact invaded the country, this resulted in the reforms on a more liberal economy and a more democratic country with a free press being being reversed.
